Service Terms & Policy
1:1 Marketing Mentorship – Policy 1. Purpose of the Mentorship This is a paid 1:1 marketing mentorship session designed to give you direct, personalized guidance based on your business. The goal is to help you identify problems, improve your strategy, and give you clear direction you can act on. 2. Pricing The mentorship session is priced at ₹9,999. Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. 3. Booking Policy Anyone can book a mentorship session. Bookings can be made at any time but must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings within 24 hours of the session will not be accepted. 4. Call Format & Duration The session is conducted online via Google Meet. The duration is typically 45–60 minutes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for joining on time using the provided link. 5. What Happens During the Session The session is fully focused on your business. This may include reviewing your current marketing efforts, identifying gaps, analyzing one key asset (such as your Instagram, ads, or website), and providing direct feedback. You will receive clear, personalized recommendations and a practical action plan based on the discussion. 6. Scope of Mentorship Included: * Direct 1:1 guidance tailored to your business * Review and feedback on one selected asset * Strategy clarity and decision-making support * Personalized action steps Not included: * Full execution or done-for-you services * Complete business audits across all areas * Long-term consulting beyond the session unless separately agreed 7. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. 8. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 1 hour of the session may not be accepted. 9. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no reschedule or refund will be provided. 10. Payment & Refund Policy All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the session is booked, except in rare cases at our discretion. If the session is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund. 11.
