01 — Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective: May 2026 · Applies to all DigiQuick services and engagements
1.1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the DigiQuick Creative Lab website, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1.2
About DigiQuick Creative Lab
DigiQuick Creative Lab (also referred to as "DigiQuick", "we", "us", or "our") is a digital marketing consultancy based in India, founded and operated by Chetana Dange. We provide services including but not limited to performance marketing, organic social media strategy, SEO, content strategy, website development, and mentorship programs.
1.3
Services Provided
DigiQuick provides advisory, strategic, and execution-based digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or communication prior to commencement. We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

Decline a service request without providing a reason
·
Subcontract work to trusted partners where relevant, without compromising quality
1.4
Payment Terms
·
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
·
Payment is due as specified in the service agreement or invoice
·
Work does not commence until payment confirmation is received
·
Payments are processed via Cashfree, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
·
GST is applicable as per Indian tax regulations and will be indicated separately where required
1.5
Refunds & Cancellations
·
Paid mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted
·
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session; cancellation within 24 hours forfeits the session
·
For ongoing retainer services, either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice
·
In the event DigiQuick cancels a paid engagement, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days
·
Digital courses and recorded content are non-refundable once access is granted
1.6
Client Responsibilities
To enable DigiQuick to deliver effectively, clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requested
·
Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets within agreed timelines
·
Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
·
Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights
Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of DigiQuick.
1.7
Intellectual Property
·
All strategies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary methodologies created by DigiQuick remain the intellectual property of DigiQuick Creative Lab
·
Final deliverables created specifically for a client (e.g., ad creatives, written content) are transferred to the client upon full payment
·
DigiQuick retains the right to reference completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing
1.8
No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, audience behaviour, ad spend, and execution quality. DigiQuick provides strategy and execution based on best practices and experience, but does not guarantee specific results including revenue, leads, follower growth, ROAS, or ranking positions.
1.9
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement. DigiQuick will not disclose client business data, strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without explicit written consent.
1.10
Limitation of Liability
DigiQuick Creative Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
1.11
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.
1.12
Changes to Terms
DigiQuick reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.

What Data We Collect
When you interact with DigiQuick through our website, booking forms, or direct communication, we may collect:

Cashfree receives transaction data necessary to process payments

Tools and platforms:
Google Meet, Zoom, Google Forms, or calendar tools used to facilitate sessions may process your email or name

Legal compliance:
If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

Business transfer:
In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred with appropriate safeguards
2.4
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to understand visitor behaviour and improve performance. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality. We use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis — no personally identifiable information is associated with analytics data.
2.5
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver services and meet legal obligations. Client records are typically retained for 3 years after the end of an engagement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — we will comply within 30 days unless legally required to retain the information.
2.6
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to:

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to share sensitive financial information via email or WhatsApp.

Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies independently.
2.9
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Applies to all free strategy call bookings via DigiQuick
What this is:
A free 30-minute 1:1 consultation designed to understand your business, give you clarity, and provide a simple strategic direction. The goal is to help you identify opportunities for growth — not to deliver a full execution plan.
3.1
Purpose of the Call
The free consultation is a one-time strategic discussion designed to understand your business, identify growth opportunities, and outline a high-level direction. It is not a full audit, execution session, or long-term consulting engagement.
3.2
Eligibility

Intended for business owners, founders, or decision-makers
·
Not for agencies seeking outsourcing or competitors seeking insights
·
One free consultation per business or entity
3.3
Booking & Confirmation
·
Bookings must be made via the official scheduling system at least 24 hours in advance
·
Accurate details are mandatory — name, business, contact info, requirements
·
Incomplete or vague submissions may be rejected without notice
·
Confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp after successful booking
3.4
Pre-Call Requirement
You may be required to fill a short intake form before the call. This ensures the session is focused and useful. Failure to submit required details within 12 hours of the session may lead to cancellation.

3.7
No Sales Pressure
This session is purely advisory. There will be no aggressive sales tactics or pressure to purchase any service. Any mention of services will be informational, based on your needs, with no obligation to proceed.
3.8
Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule if done at least 12 hours before the session
·
Rescheduling requests made too close to the session may not be accepted
·
Repeated rescheduling (more than twice) may result in disqualification from the free session
3.9
No-Show Policy
·
If you miss your scheduled call without prior notice, the free session is forfeited
·
Missed calls will not be rescheduled automatically — you will need to book a new session
·
Repeated no-shows may lead to permanent booking restrictions
3.10
Responsibility of the Participant
·
Provide accurate details while booking
·
Join the call on time with a stable internet connection
·
Ensure a quiet and appropriate environment for the discussion
3.11
Confidentiality
All information shared during the call will be treated as confidential by DigiQuick. You agree not to misuse, record without consent, or redistribute any materials, templates, or insights provided during the session.
3.12
Recording
The session may be recorded for internal quality purposes or shared with you if applicable. By joining the call, you consent to recording if it is enabled. You will be informed if recording is active.
3.13
Conduct & Professionalism
Respectful and professional communication is expected from all participants. Abusive, disrespectful, or non-serious behaviour will result in immediate termination of the call. DigiQuick reserves the right to end the session without notice in such cases.
3.14
No Guarantee of Results
The consultation provides strategic direction, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on execution, market conditions, and multiple external factors beyond DigiQuick's control.
3.15
Right to Refuse or Terminate
DigiQuick reserves the right to reject bookings that are not aligned with the intended purpose, cancel or reschedule at our discretion, and terminate the session if misuse is detected.
3.16
Limitation of Liability
The consultation is advisory in nature. Any decisions or actions taken based on the discussion are entirely your responsibility. DigiQuick is not liable for business outcomes resulting from advice given during a free session.

A paid 45–60 minute 1:1 mentorship session with Chetana Dange, including a live account audit, personalized written action plan, session recording, and 7-day WhatsApp follow-up.

4.2
Payment

Full payment of ₹9,999 is required to confirm and hold a session slot
·
Payment is accepted via Cashfree — UPI, cards, and net banking
·
Your slot is confirmed only after successful payment
·
Payment links are sent via WhatsApp within 2 hours of booking request
4.3
Refund Policy
·
Paid sessions are non-refundable once confirmed and conducted
·
If DigiQuick cancels the session for any reason, a full refund is issued within 5 business days
·
Refunds are not provided for client no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours)
4.4
Rescheduling
·
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' advance notice at no additional cost
·
Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of the session forfeit the session fee
·
A maximum of one reschedule per booking is permitted
4.5
Pre-Session Intake
You will receive a pre-session intake form within 2 hours of payment confirmation. The form must be submitted at least 6 hours before the session. Sessions where the intake form is not completed may be shortened or restructured at Chetana Dange's discretion.
4.6
Session Recording & Action Plan
The session recording and personalized written action plan will be delivered within 24 hours of the session concluding. The recording is for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or redistributed without written consent from DigiQuick.
4.7
WhatsApp Follow-Up
The 7-day WhatsApp follow-up window begins on the day the session is conducted. Follow-up is limited to questions related to the session's action plan and implementation. It is not a substitute for an additional session.
4.8
Conduct, Confidentiality & Liability
All terms outlined in clauses 3.11 through 3.15 of the Free Consultation Policy above apply equally to paid sessions. The session is advisory in nature. Business decisions and outcomes remain the client's sole responsibility.
4.9
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your session.
